Requirements

Both parties are to be over the age of eighteen (18) years.
A fully completed Notice of Intended Marriage ("NOIM") must be lodged to Celebrant no less than one (1) calendar month and one (1) day and no earlier than eighteen (18) months prior to date of wedding.
You are required to provide an original birth certificate if born within Australia.
If you were born overseas, you are required to provide an original birth certificate or overseas passport.
If previously married, you are required to provide original Certificate of Divorce, or Death Certificate of Spouse.
Both parties to complete and sign a Declaration of No Legal Impediment, witnessed by Celebrant prior to Ceremony.
Two (2) witnesses over eighteen (18) years of age are to be present at the Ceremony.
